This year’s inspirational closing keynote at the MRU SoTL Symposium in Banff was Andrea Webb from The University of British Columbia. She stopped by the podcast table to discuss the “wonderful flattening of space and place” that can happen at a great conference. As we return to our schools, she asks educators to think critically about the ways we bump up against boundaries and borders and asks us to really challenge those problematic assumptions that come from engrained ways of doing.
